With years of experience in the event planning world, I’ve had the joy of building strong relationships with some of the best vendors in the industry. Whether you're dreaming of an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, I’m here to help bring your vision to life—beautifully, thoughtfully, and within your budget.
At Bliss Embodied, we specialize in event design, vendor coordination, and on-site event management. Based in the Seattle-Tacoma area, we’re always up for an adventure and love planning destination events far beyond the Evergreen State.
What matters most to me? You. I take the time to truly listen, understand your style and priorities, and turn your ideas into a seamless, unforgettable experience. From the big picture to the tiniest detail, my goal is to make your day feel effortless, joyful, and totally “you.”

OUR PROCESS

To begin the process, please submit an inquiry form. This form allows us to gather details about your event.

After receiving your inquiry form, we will send you consultation details to meet and discuss your event. Please bring event inspiration to your consultation to help us envision your big day.
There are no fees for consultations.

Following your consultation, we will provide a customized proposal outlining the event details discussed and the corresponding service rates. A link to submit the required retainer will be included with the proposal.

To reserve your event date on our schedule, a non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer will be applied toward the total balance due for our planning services.

Now the fun begins! Once the retainer is received, our team will officially begin planning your event.
